In Nairobi small groups were formed to fly to the Borana ranch in the Laikipia area, north of Nairobi and situated by the Mount Kenya. The first specialized professional imaging and photography event in South-East-Asia and The Pacific region -- Imaging Expo Singapore, incorporating P.I.X - Photo Imaging X-change 2007 will be opened by Guest-of-Honor - Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports, and Second Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts Dr Vivian Balakrishnan; on 2 November at Hall 601 of Suntec Singapore International Convention & Exhibition Centre. The 3-day event will end on 4 November 2007 and acts as a trade and educational platform that merges art with the technology of imaging and photography.
