Three months after discussing if there is a new Olympus PEN, the successor to the famous E-P1 launched earlier. Olympus China’s website had a link to the new Olympus PEN E-P2. It has been removed earlier today.

A new Olympus E-P2 or not, we shall know in 7 days.
It is about time that the widely spread Nikon D800 rumor becomes a fact.
The D700 was introduced on July 2008 equipped with Nikon’s 12.1 megapixel FX-format (23.9 mm × 36 mm) CMOS sensor boosting excellent low light performance. It has since been more than two years and a successor is really what professionals and enthusiast photographers are craving for.

A September issue of Foto Digital Magazine is seen to be publishing a new Nikon entry level single lens reflex, the Nikon D3100.
