Final Experience with Tamrac – Shriro Malaysia

I asked about my Tamrac Pro Digital Zoom 9 bag. The reply I
got was simple. “No sir, we do not have stock for the item you ordered. You will
need to wait another 2 months before our new shipment arrives.”

In addition, “If you would like to purchase the item with
the promotion price, you will need to wait for our upcoming fair.”

She was not even
planning to get back to me regarding this matter and did not even apologize.
The conversation took place as though Shriro Malaysia does not need to take any
kind of responsibility over their unprofessional act.

I am disappointed with the outcome and would hope that
Tamrac International would look into this matter and carry out appropriate
action. I strongly believe should this kind of business attitude is continued,
it will bring no further good for Tamrac’s products sale in Malaysia.

3 weeks are wasted. I should have gone with a Lowepro 75AW
instead where I was able to purchase it on the spot during Kuala Lumpur
International Photography Festival (KLPF).
