Announced in January 2008, Nikon AF-S DX NIKKOR 16-85 f/3.5-5.6G ED VR is a compact and highly versatile 5.3x zoom includes Nikon’s VR image stabilzation technology and delivers incredible optical performance. It is optimized for use with Nikon DX-format digital SLRs for superior performance.The picture angle is equivalent to focal length of 24-127.5mm (in 35mm format). This lens is 2mm wider and 15mm longer in comparison to Nikon AF-S DX Zoom Nikkor ED 18-70mm F3.5-4.5 G (IF).
