According to Sony, it is twice as sensitive as conventional CMOS sensors thanks to back-illuminated technology that places metal wiring beneath the photo diode instead of above it. Positioning these elements behind the photo-diodes, Sony\u2019s \u201cExmor R\u201d image sensors can gather more light, resulting in approximately twice the sensitivity compared to conventional sensors.<\/p>\n<p>When Sony announced development of Full-Frame 24.81-Megapixel CMOS Sensor in 2008 during PMA, Sony Alpha DSLR-A900 Full Frame was later unveiled.<\/p>\n<p>So, are we expecting the following cameras very soon:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>1.
