Some photos of potential replacement for Sony Alpha 100 (A100) are seen on the internet. These photos looks promising and I am expecting Sony to have something to show off during the upcoming PMA, which is only weeks away.<\/p>\n

Canon might be launching their 400D and 5D replacement\u00a0while Nikon may be launching their D40x replacement<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Several links confirm that Sony Alpha 100\u2019s replacement is code named Alpha 200 (A 200). Sony Luxembourg\u2019s website were seen to had published the A100 replacement for purchasing and later removed.<\/p>\n

From the cache page, it is shown that they will begin shipping the A200 from 20 January 2008 and priced at 949.00 eur. According to the website, the Sony Alpha 200 shall be 12.24 megapixel, 3 inch hybrid LCD, PhotoTV HD and Super Steadyshot.<\/p>\n
